An agent will meet you at the curbside upon arrival at the airport, followed by check-in at the priority counters and without need of passengers in queue. You have an expedited immigration clearance, assisted with any unexpected travel related issues and finally you will be escorted to the boarding gate with priority boarding.

Meeting Instructions

Please request the service as well in advance as possible, giving at
Least 48 hours' (prior to the time at which the service is to begin, based on
The departure or arrival time of the passenger(s) requiring the service.

Booking Changes and Cancellation Policy

In case of the cancellation or non-utilization of a MAAS service for Which we have issued a binding confirmation, we are entitled to charge The agreed or customary fee; we will deduct any cost savings resulting From the cancellation or non-utilization of services or alternate uses of Our staff or material resources (or our malicious failure to take advantage Of such alternative uses), provided that these savings are documented by You (partial remuneration).
