Booking Policies:

  • All services are subject to availability upon request and payment receipt
  • Prices are based on a 2-hour service starting 30 minutes before the STA (scheduled time of arrival) for Arrival and Transit services, or 30 minutes before
    the scheduled appointment/meeting time at the airport for Departure services.
  • A no-show will be charged 100% of the total price
    Immigration and customs have their own rules at every airport that must be respected and complied with the Meet and Greet greeter
  • VIP Meet & Greet or VIP TERMINAL less than 24 hours before the service: 50% additional charge on rates.

    VIP TERMINAL at CDG/ORY is up to 10 pax. Over 10 pax, it will be consider as
    a new booking

    Passengers are responsible for carrying and transferring their own documents
    and belongings while walking though the immigration and customs areas.
    The Meet & Greet will not be held liable for any delay, changes in border rules,
    flight rescheduling/cancellation, PCR test result issues, airline mishaps with
    luggage, delay with bags delivery in conveyor, loss of luggage, refusal for
    passengers to enter the country or to board the flight.
    The Meet & Greet Team will not be responsible for missed flights due to late
    passenger/aircraft arrival or insufficient, incomplete, or incorrect travel
    documentation to their destination.
    Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have all valid travel
    documents needed for all locations on their flight tickets.
    The availability of the service and airport regulations are subject to change
    at any time due to the current situation.
