Service Features: 

The Greeter will be assisting the passengers upon arrival until departure. They will be greeted at the arrival gate using a name board, will then be transported by a buggy car, be assisted at the Transit Security Check and finally be assisted to our Primeclass Departure Lounge (lounge access is already included for of 3 hours and extendable with additional lounge access charge). When the flight is ready for boarding, we will finally assist them to the flight gate by buggy car.
