Service Inclusions

This International to International Transit Service includes the following:

1. Assistance from the aerobridge or bus gate as per arrival (bridge connecting aircraft and terminal)
2. Guidance at CKIN counters.
3. Gate Transfer on Buggy (Battery operated car)*
4. Porter assistance from baggage belt to check-in of departures**
5. Lounge access for 2 hours (at departure only)***

* Buggy Service is only available at Terminal 3 (subject to availability and location of the gate).

** Porter Assistance upto 3 bags/guests.

*** Lounge access for 2 hours is applicable for all locations where lounge is located. Additional access beyond this duration will incur additional charge.
