Upon departure, a dedicated representative will be waiting you at the terminal building entrance holding a welcome sign with your name... You then will be escorted through various checkpoints (security, passport control, and customs ), then the representative will escort you to Ahlan Service lounge.

Meeting Instructions:

1. It is not allowed by National Security Services for agents to meet passengers with the name sign on departures service.
2. The Passengers are requested to report to the VIP hall (Ahlan lounge) at the entrance of the departure terminal
